Funeral services officiated by Reverend Travis Graves will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan honoring the life of David "Joe" Anders, 73, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at Kaplan Healthcare Center. He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The visitation will continue Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 8:00 AM until the services at 11:00 AM.
He is survived by his wife, Hildes Aube Anders; three daughters, Jenny Scott, Tina Hardy, and Elizabeth Anders; two sons, Daniel Anders and David Joe Anders Jr.; four siblings, Roger Anders, Lynda Mossburg, Jimmy Anders, and Reggie Anders; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R.C. Anders and the former Loree Simmons.
