It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David A. Balcaceres, who left this world on June 6, 2025. Born on July 9, 1988, in East Meadow, NY to his parents The Late Jose and Sonia. David was a beloved figure to all who knew him. 

David was known for his kind and caring nature, a trait that endeared him to friends and family alike.  His love for his family was evident in everything he did; he cherished moments spent with them, creating memories that will forever be etched in their hearts David, a loving cousin, uncle, nephew and son in law.

He is survived by his devoted fiancée, Lauren Wreckter, and his children, Jarelis, Austin, and Antonio, who were the joys of his life. David also leaves behind his loving sisters, Yexenia and Denisse, who will miss his supportive presence and gentle spirit.

The family invites all who wish to pay their respects and celebrate David's life to join them at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc. in Deer Park, NY. Visitation will take place on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A prayer service will be held that same evening at 8:00 PM. 

David's legacy of kindness and love will continue to resonate in the lives of his family and friends. Though he may no longer be with us, the impact he made in his short time here will never be forgotten. His memory will live on in the cherished hearts of those who had the privilege to know and love him.
