David F. Bally

David F. Bally, 60, of Taunton, formerly of Pembroke, passed away on March 10, 2026 after a sudden illness. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Susan Bally, who was the love of his life.

Raised in Mystic, Connecticut, Dave moved to Massachusetts to attend Northeastern University, where he was a member of the track team while earning his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. After completing his education, he settled in the South Shore area of Massachusetts, where he built both his career and life. As a physical therapist, he dedicated himself to helping others, eventually starting his own business, Southeast Physical Therapy, in Braintree. Known for his warmth and sense of humor, he had a special ability to put patients at ease, make them laugh and feel comfortable during recovery. Dave enjoyed traveling, camping, telling jokes, spending time with family, and hiking with his Golden Retriever, Luna.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents, David and Patricia Bally; his stepson, Christopher Lee; his stepdaughter, Keri Lee-Clancy, his son-in-law, Mathew Clancy; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Declan, and Cole.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be a private celebration of life held in his honor.
