David Bartlett, 57, of Crofton, KY passed away on September 26, 2025 in the comfort of his residence.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September the 29th of 2025 at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton. Burial will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Gish Cemetery in Bremen, KY.

Dogwood Funerals & Cremations have been entrusted with the arrangements.

A native of Springfield, IL he was born November 14th of 1967 the son of the late Junior "Whitey" Bartlett and JoAnn Bartlett. He worked at IBBM and maintained his Presbyterian faith throughout his life. He was a lover of the outdoors with an interest in mechanics. His sister describes him as an independent individual who worked hard to maintain for himself and rarely desired to ask others for help. His children fondly recall his skill and love for playing basketball and poker in his free time; however, it was pool in which he really excelled in.

He is survived by his children: Courtney Ward of Madisonville, KY, Kristen Bartlett of Lexington, KY, and Joshua Bartlett of Lexington, KY; his siblings: James Bartlett of Lafayette, LA, Kathy (Glen) Oglesby of Bremen, KY, Johnny (LeAnne) Bartlett of Richland, KY, and Greg (Kathy) Bartlett of Morton's Gap, KY; and his grand-daughter: Nadia Cavanaugh.

David specifically listed prior to his passing that he would prefer any memorial contributions left in kindness of his memory be of the giver's choice.
