David John Bieber passed away after a brief illness on December 7th, 2024. Dave was born July 15th, 1941, in Detroit.
Dave worked tirelessly in the newspaper and printing industry- eventually owning his own company, Performance Printing for 40 years. Dave was proud to serve as a firefighter in the Troy Fire Department for many years. In addition, he was very active and a past president in the Clawson Rotary. In his free time, he spent countless hours on the golf course and was an avid do-it-yourselfer! Dave was the consummate family man and never missed his grandkids sporting events, passionately cheering them on. He also was available anytime, anywhere to lend a hand to anyone when needed.
Dave is survived by his wife Judy, daughter Annette Cook (Kevin), son Jeff (Dawn), grandchildren Shannon Stolzenfeld (Nathan), Chad Cook, Tyler Cook, Olivia Bieber, Cole Bieber, and great-granddaughter Sloane Stolzenfeld. He is also survived by sister Ruthann Flint, brother-in-law Gary Murphy, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Sylvia Bieber, wife Jean Bieber, sister Linda Murphy, and brother-in-law Bill Flint.
Funeral will be held at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, Birmingham on Wednesday, December 11th at 11 am with visitation beginning at 10 am. Interment will be at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
