David is survived by two children, Cody Bollig and his wife Hannah of Brentwood, MO and Katy Johnson and her husband Luke of Springfield, MO; the mother of his children, Becky Bollig of Lebanon, MO; four grandchildren, Daphney and Delilah Bollig and Ellie and Sophia Johnson; three siblings, Cindy Uder and her husband Bruce, Randy Bollig, Greg Bollig and his wife Trina and their families, all of Lebanon, MO; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There is no service planned for David Bollig. At his request, his body is to be cremated under direction of Shadel's Colonial Chapel.
