David (Weenie) Wayne Cluck, age 64, passed away peacefully at home in rural Highland, Kansas, on February 21, 2025.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angie (Koelliker) Cluck; his sons, Nicholas Cluck (Mandi Miller) and Matthew Cluck (Jennifer (Larson) Cluck); his daughter, Miranda (Cluck) Jensen (AJ Jensen); and nine cherished grandchildren and a brother Doug Cluck (Shelly Cluck); and his father-in-law Gary Koelliker.
Born on August 20, 1960, in Hiawatha, Kansas. David dedicated his life to his work as a commercial farmer and truck driver. He had a passion for the outdoors, often enjoying fishing and camping. David cherished the time spent by the river with family and friends, and he made many fond memories during summers at the lake with Angie..
He is preceded in death by his parents Sam and Bev (Harness) Cluck, a son Jordan Cluck 'Jordy', and a sister Janet Libel.
David will be remembered for his warm, feisty spirit, love for his family, and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be deeply missed.
A celebration of David's Eternal Life is planned for 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Community of Christ at Fanning with Mark Twombly and Lil Twombly officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Serverance.
Friends may call at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, Highland, after 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tuesday. The family will meet with friends from 6 until 8 that evening at the Church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the David Cluck Memorial Fund sent in care of the funeral home, PO Box 33, Highland 66035.
