David Manuel Coronado was born on July 6th 1954 in San Antonio Texas and was called to the lord on July 18th 2025 after a long hard fought battle with multiple cancers.
He is preceded in death by his parents Felix Jr. and Lydia Coronado. He his survived by the love of his life for over 50 years Maria T Coronado, children Christopher(Annette), Franchesca, Katherine(Chris), grandchildren Alicia, Alyssa, Aiden, Avery, his siblings Daniel, Debra, Anthony, Dorothy, and Cathy, and numerous aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
David loved being with his family for BBQ's, parties, holidays, weekly cookouts with his brothers and friends enjoying a beer or two. David enjoyed watching Golf and Tennis and he loved cheering for his Cowboys, Astros, Longhorns, and Spurs. He was athletic and stayed active. He grew up playing baseball with his family and friends and enjoyed walking. He kept up with current events reading the newspaper, magazines, and watching TV. He had a huge sweet tooth his favorites were milkshakes, honey buns, apple pie, and many kinds of chocolate candies.
Services will be held on Friday July 25th, 2025 at M.E. Rodriguez Funeral Home 511 Guadalupe St San Antonio TX, 78207 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. All who knew him are invited to attend and celebrate David's life. If unable to attend please feel free to send your condolences to the family via phone, text, or social media.
