David is survived by his mother; brother, Ken Dotson and wife Carol; niece, Sara N. wife of Dan Street; nephew, Eric Dotson and wife Janeivy; great nephews, Liam and Nathaniel.
Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, Emmaus is handling arrangements.
