He is survived by his daughter, Chloe Everleigh Douthit, Luttrell; ; mother of his daughter, Kaitie Alloway; mother and step father, Christy and Jaceon Woods, Luttrell; father, Steven Douglas Douthit, Sr.; sisters, Tori Burnett and husband Tony, Tyene McDaniel and husband Robert; brothers, Steven Douthit, Jr., Dallas Hamilton; grandmother, Bonnie Womack, Vancouver, Washington; grandparents, Stan and Carol Douthit, Oregon; nephews, Blake Pickens, J.J. McDaniel; nieces, Adalyn Pickens, Emma McDaniel several aunts, uncles and cousins along with a host of friends. David choose to help others by being an organ/tissue donor.
The family will receive friends 2-3 PM Saturday, September 30, 2023, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3 PM Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Pastor Jeff Leach officiating. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
