He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lois Ruth (Williams) Oliver; sons, James Gregory Ingle and wife, Charlene, Rev. James Edward Williams and wife, Eddina; daughter, Angela Carroll and husband, Joseph; adopted son, Terrence LaShawn Crawford; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A host of the Williams Family along with many friends. Ralph will be loved and missed by all.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Eddie Williams and Rev. Raymond Collins officiating with music by Raymond and Loretta Collins. Interment 10 a.m. Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Dyer Cemetery, Powder Springs. Family and friends will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home to go with the procession. Pallbearers: Josh Carroll, Joseph Carroll, David Ivey, Scott Ingle, Koby Crowley, Shawn Crawford. Honorary pallbearer, David Williams. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
