David Dowda Obituary
David enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He loved his family and spending time with them, especially his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Donnie Holbert.
Survivors include his son, Bobby Dowda; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Kenneth Biddy; grandsons, Bradley and wife Brennan Biddy, and Clay Biddy; granddaughter, Emily Dowda; sister, Deborah McKinney; as well as nephews, cousins and friends.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Charlie Buchanan officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the graveside service from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Sosebee Funeral Home.
