David Elmore Obituary
Mr. Elmore was born on November 11, 1961, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of David H. Looper and Mary Conley.
Eugene was a business owner of a roofing company.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Elmore of Knoxville, TN; stepsons, Sean Tucker (Amanda) and Matt Tucker both of Powell, TN; 10 step grandchildren; father and stepmother, David H. Looper, and Ginny Looper of Cloverdale, IN; stepfather, Jack Conley of Crossville, TN; sisters, Kristy Stone (Chip) of Indianapolis, IN, Linda Ogle of Crossville, TN, and Katherine Earhart of Crossville, TN; brother, David A. Looper (Mary) of Cloverdale, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Eugene is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Conley; stepson, Todd Tucker, sister, Connie Williams; brothers, Wylie Elmore, Jr. and Billy Elmore; and brother-in-law, Eugene Ogle.
Memorial Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 PM prior to the service.
