It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Lowell Gaston formerly of Mount Ida, AR at the age of 69. David passed away of heart failure at his apartment in Hot Springs, AR. He was born September 11, 1956, to Waymon and Viva Gaston in Hot Springs, AR. He was the youngest son of seven children. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Lonnie Gaston.
David is survived by his brother John Gaston (Carol) of Fort Worth, TX, sisters Wanda Rose (Mack) of Boles, AR, Juanita Staton (Doyne) of Lonoke, AR, Brenda Smith (Jerry dec) of Little Rock, AR, and Mary Chambers (Ronnie) of Mt. Ida, AR. He is also mourned by several Nieces, Nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.
Interment will be at Gaston Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home in Mount Ida, AR. Guest register at www.thorntonfh.com.
