David Hanks Obituary

David wore many hats in his life, he was a very hard working man and worked hard at every thing he did. He enjoyed horticulture and landscaping enough to want to make that his career, he was also a medic and a firefighter, but most of all, his very favorite hat was spending time with family, his wife Pam and his children Tyrell, Dava and special daughter Danielle, he loved being Poppa to his precious grandbabies Mazie, Sawyer and Lincoln.
David is preceded in death by his mother and father.
David is survived by his wife Pamala Hanks of the home, son Tyrell Hanks and wife Tina, daughters Dava Hanks and Danielle Cantrell, grandchildren Sawyer Hanks, Lincoln Hanks and Mazie Cantrell, two brothers Mike Hanks and Darrel Hanks.
No funeral services are planned at this time but there will be a celebration of life held to honor David at a later date.

I am so beyond sad to hear of David . I was honored to know him. David was the type of person that would help you at the drop of a hat. I took the basic and intermediate EMT classes under him and pam. He was a great teacher and made the class interesting and fun. I also remember him at the racetrack helping out several guys. he was alot of fun to be around. He knew his business and was one of the hardest working people i have been around. My condolences go out to the family. I know he will be missed dearly

I am so very saddened to hear of David´s passing. My heartfelt condolences to his family. He was such an honest and generous man. He once pulled me out of icy parking space on Main Street. Years later he and Pam helped me pick out trees for my new home in Roff. His family was the type I loved doing business with. Heavens a better place today with this man claimed his wings
