David C. Hausman

David C. Hausman, 78, of Coplay, PA passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at a hospice facility.

David was born January 23, 1947 in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Benjamin H. and Emma (nee Fink) Hausman. He and his wife Diane C. (Fakla) Hausman were married on August 29, 1970.

He was a graduate of William Allen High School, Class of 1964. He was a member of both Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church, Northampton and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kreidersville. He was active in both churches, serving on various committees and serving his term as President of Council. He enjoyed playing baseball and basketball as a youngster and watching sports later in life as well. He enjoyed taking vacations with his wife, Diane, especially to Williamsburg, Virginia, his favorite historical spot. He was a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, Allentown Chapter, serving in different positions, including president.

Survivors: He leaves behind his wife, Diane (nee Fakla) Hausman, a twin sister, Tina wife of Barry Miller of Northampton, and sister Susan wife of Richard Werner of Northampton, nephew, Rodney Miller and wife Catherine, niece, Nicole wife of Jason Bogdon, great nephews, Benjamin Bogden, Nicholas, Miller, and Lucas Miller, and great niece, Bryanna Bogden, and all of his church friends at Good Shepherd Lutheran Lutheran Church.

Services: The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by an 11:00 AM funeral service, all on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church - Kreidersville, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Northampton. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall.
