David Lee Hebb

David Lee "Dave" Hebb, 81, of Hagerstown, passed away, Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown.

Born April 7, 1943 in Hagerstown he was the son of the late, Roland G. Hebb and Jane R. (Palmer) White. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by his step father, Tom White; his loving wife of 42 years, Rose Mary (Snyder) Hebb;  two aunts, Mabel Basore (George) and Margaret Wickware (George) and maternal grandparents, Jacob and Nora Palmer.

Mr. Hebb retired with 25 years of service from the Eaton Company, Williamsport, Md. where he was maintenance manager.

Mr. Hebb is survived by his daughter, Tamela A. "Tammy" Foster and husband, Jeffrey; sister, Judy Ann Baker and husband, George; two grandchildren, Jazzmyn E. Foster and Justin E. Foster and wife, Kayleigh; three great grandchildren, Declan, Nolan and Gracen: half-brother, Gray Hebb and wife, Jolene and other family and friends.

Private graveside services will be conducted at Rest Haven Cemetery.

At his request, there will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Dave's name to the Maugansville Ruritan Club, 18007 Maugans Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742 or to a charity of ones choice.
