David Wayne Huffstetler was born in Maryville, TN on April 9th, 1941. He attended Hiwassee College where he met his wife of 62 years, Gail Shope Huffstetler from Sweetwater, TN.
David worked at Lockheed Martin for 38 years retiring as Executive Director of Facilities.
He is survived by his son Scott Huffstetler and his wife Krista Mize Huffstetler and their children, Zach and wife Julie Huffstetler, William Huffstetler, and Matthew Huffstetler.
His son Steve Huffstetler and his wife Lori Billings Huffstetler, their children Steven Jr. and wife Sarah Huffstetler, Savannah Huffstetler Peppers and Husband Trey Peppers, and Sawyer Huffstetler.
And his youngest son Mark Huffstetler, his wife Sandy Greene Huffstetler and their children Waverly Huffstetler and Vivian Huffstetler.
He is also survived by his sister Sue Huffstetler Pugh of Maryville, TN.
The family will be having a private service at Dahlonega Methodist Church.
