It is with both heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of David Lawrence Jachetti at the age of 61. Known professionally as Dave, David, or DJ, he was much more than a husband, father, brother, and son-he was a mentor, a friend, and an enduring inspiration to everyone he encountered.
David's unique blend of humor and wisdom touched countless lives. Hilarious yet profoundly thoughtful, he had an uncanny ability to light up a room with laughter while offering insights that resonated deeply. His oft-repeated adage, "life is a process," perfectly encapsulated his belief in continuous growth, resilience, and the ever-evolving journey of life.
Within his family, he was affectionately known as "Dad," "Pops," and "Papa"-names that speak to the profound and loving role he played as a guiding presence. His decades of experience in the business world, combined with his caring and generous spirit, left an indelible mark on both his professional colleagues and his loved ones.
David is survived by his devoted wife, six loving children, four cherished grandchildren, and his beloved older brother. His legacy lives on in every life he touched, in every laugh shared, and in the unwavering love that continues to unite his family and friends.
As we remember David, we invite all who were blessed by his presence to share their memories and celebrate his extraordinary journey. May these reflections keep his spirit alive and remind us always that, indeed, "life is a process."
With deepest gratitude and eternal love,
David's Family
