David Wayne Kenward, 47, of Lewisville, Arkansas entered into eternal rest on March 12, 2024.
He was born to Karen Lynn Lovell Woodward and Daniel Gerald Kenward on October 6, 1976. David was a Patrolman of the Lewisville Police Department in Lafayette County, Arkansas since 2020. His job was his passion, and enjoyed serving his community. He proudly wore badge number 208.
When he was off duty, he was a loving PopPop to his four grandchildren. In their eyes he hung the stars and the moon. He was also a very talented musician and spent his life singing and playing guitar. He loved to pick the guitar and sing with his older brother Turk and nephew, Daniel. Hunting and fishing were also things he enjoyed since childhood.
David is preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Tonya Marie Kenward, as well as both of his parents.
His memories will be forever treasured by the friends, family, and community who love him dearly. Mr. Kenward leaves behind his daughter, Kayleigh (Tyler) Latiolais; four grandchildren, Aubrey, Atreau, Augustus and Ashlyn Latiolais; stepson, Kenneth Reninger; his older brother, Danny Turk Kenward II; nephews, Daniel G. Kenward III (Amber), and Chase Brown; a niece, Brittany Kenward; great-nieces, Harmoni, Paisley and Neveah; along with a host of extended family and friends.
There will be a memorial service Monday, April 1, 2024, 4:00 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel. Visitation will follow the service.
