Morgan Rose “Moe” Kenward, age 30, of Medina, passed away suddenly on Monday, July 29, 2024.
Born September 10, 1993 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Kevin R. Kenward and Catherine A. French and the twin sister of Mitchel K. Kenward. Morgan graduated from Medina High School in the Class of 2011 where she was involved with the winter color guard and cheerleading. She also attended the cosmetology program at BOCES. Exceptionally creative, Morgan loved writing poetry and drawing. She was known to many for tending bar at the VFW and American Legion in Medina. Morgan had a bubbly personality. It was often affectionately proclaimed “There’s our little Morgan!” when she entered the room. She loved going to concerts and was also an avid animal lover. She enjoyed kayaking, playing pool, playing guitar, gaming and was a master at Guitar Hero. Morgan was known to be a great hugger and loved spending time with her family and friends. Her father wanted to state that “She was my best friend and I miss her so much.” Morgan was full of fun and would help anyone in need. She touched the lives of so many, not with judgement, but compassion. She will be deeply missed by all.
Morgan was predeceased by her sister, Courtney N. Kenward in 2017; grandfathers, Ronald French, Sr. 2020, Maynard Kenward and H. Richard Capen; and her uncle, Ronald French, Jr. in 1993.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Kevin Kenward of Medina and Catherine French (Chris) of Daytona Beach, FL; her twin brother, Mitchel (Sydney) Kenward of Columbus, OH; grandmothers, Audrey French and Lynda Higley; aunt, Christine (Lee) Blosenhauer; uncles, Maynard (Mariah) Kenward, Jr., Steven (Kelly) Kenward and Laurey (Sheena) Kenward; several great aunts and uncles, cousins and close friends.
