David Glenn Kidd
David Glenn Kidd, a beloved son, brother, and uncle departed this life on June 28th, 2025, in Chandler, Arizona, at the age of 63. He was born on August 20, 1961, in Miami, Arizona to William Thomas and Carlene Kidd. David will be greatly missed by family, friends, and community. He was a sweet and thoughtful man, who loved to shop of antiques and unique collectibles. He was always on the lookout for cool finds to share with his family.
He has a great sense of humor and loved to make others laugh. He enjoyed getting a smart phone so he could find funny videos, learn about new places, or search up potential value of him beloved collection of antiques.
David retired two years ago from his 35-year career as a custodian at Globe High School. Everyone who knew him, loved him, saying he was always very helpful and friendly. He was excited to be able to retire early and had hoped to be able to do more traveling.
David was the baby of his family. He never married or had children, but he was well loved by his parents, siblings, and their families.
He leaves behind his mother Carlene Kidd, brother Tom Kidd, sister Cindy Ayres, 3 nieces and a nephew. Along with 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father William T. Kidd, his sister-in-law Janice Kidd, and brother-in-law Douglas Ayres.
It was no suprise to our family that David would want to help others with a gift of Organ Donation. We are grateful that some good for others will come from this. This was a very unexpected loss. We will miss you David and love you always. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the St. Paul's Methodist Church Fellowship Hall at 1:00 P.M.
