Schoeneberger Funeral & Cremation ServiceDavid Scott Kundo, age 56 of Perham, MN, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025.
David was born June 18, 1969 in Rugby, North Dakota to Kermit and Carol (McCloskey) Kundo. He grew up and attended school at Frazee-Vergas, graduating with the class of 1987 and then furthered his education in Diesel Mechanics at Minnesota Tech School in Detroit Lakes.
David worked various jobs and was employed by Bongards Cheese until health issues forced him to retire. He enjoyed hunting, fishing in all seasons, and collecting memorabilia.
David is survived by his mother, Carol Kundo (Randy Burrows) of Frazee, MN; brother, Les (Janine) Kundo of Perham; sister, Jennider (Shane) Wiederholt of Kensington, MN; stepson, Dustin Bender; half-brother, Kermit (Heather) Jr. of WI; half-sisters, Terry Randall (Roger Mansker) of AZ, Krystal Kundo (Ryan Szarkjowitz) of WI; stepmother, Marie Flechner-Haring; aunt, Jo (Arthur) Jaeger of WI; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Kermit Kundo; maternal and paternal grandparents; and sister, Stacy (Kundo) Cruz.\
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at the 1894 Restaurant, 150 6th Ave SW, in Perham.
