David Arthur Lambert

David Arthur Lambert, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on September 5, 2025, in Detroit, at the age of 72. Born on March 23, 1953, in Windsor, Ontario, David's life was a testament to the love and joy he brought to those around him.
David's journey began as the beloved son of Arthur and Diane (Fitch) Lambert. He grew up surrounded by the warmth of his siblings, Lorraine (James) Mozolla, Patricia (George) Woods, Jim (Penny) Lambert, Paul Lambert, and the late Tom Lambert.
In his professional life, David was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. He worked at several companies, providing for his family until his medical retirement in 2022. His colleagues remember him as a man of integrity and kindness, always willing to lend a hand or share a word of encouragement.
David's heart was truly revealed in his love for his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Gail, of Mt. Clemens, and a loving father to his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Romario St. Clair, also of Mt. Clemens. His role as a grandfather to Gabrielle, Stephanie, David, and Alexzander, and as a great-grandfather to Novalynn, Eniah, and Emerson was one of his greatest joys. He cherished every moment spent with them and was a constant source of wisdom and fun.
An avid outdoorsman, David relished the times he could cast a line into the water, feeling the tranquility of fishing wash over him. He was equally passionate about golfing, tennis, and riding his bike, activities that not only brought him personal enjoyment but also opportunities to connect with friends and nature.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Diane Lambert, and his brother, Tom Lambert. He leaves behind a family who adores him, friends who respect him, and a world that is brighter for having had him in it. His memory will be held close, a guiding star for those he has left behind.
