David Leiker Obituary
Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, October 24 2023, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 25, 2023, both at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Preceded in death by his parents, Celestine and Leona Louise Leiker; daughter, Morgan Leiker; brother, Darrell (Pam) Leiker. Survived by his wife, Linda Leiker; daughter and family, Katie & Christian Coffey of Wichita, KS, and children, Caleb, Adelyn and Henry Coffey; daughter and family, Hannah and Nick Dreiling of Wichita, KS, and children, Norah, Olivia, Maximilian and another Dreiling boy on the way; sisters, Janice (Terry) Higgins of Nashville, TN, and Nancy (Tim) Richards of Wichita, KS; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established with: Blessed Sacrament Catholic School 125 N. Quentin St., Wichita, KS 67208. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.

So very sorry to hear of David's passing. Our deepest sympathy to his entire family on their loss.
I first met David and his dad, in 1973 when I managed the Vickers gas station next to Leiker Body Shop on Douglas. Kept in contact over the years as he kept our cars looking brand new when they needed repair. He will be missed by all ... again our deepest sympathy. May David Rest in Peace

Linda and Family, I just heard of Dave's passing from August Blanchat who heard from Sam Beat. I'm so sorry to hear that. Dave was a good friend. I could stop by the shop at anytime and visit with him on anything whether our High School days, if it was vehicle that I was having a problem with or I needed body work done. I would sometimes get an update from Dave on his brother Darrell who I worked with at Geogia Pacific. He was a good man and will be missed. Rest in peace my Friend.... Lloyd Henning
