David Jacob Lepkowski, passed away unexpectedly on September 16, 2025, at the age of 45. Born on September 22, 1979, in Marinette, Wisconsin, David's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the strength of human connections. He departed this world in Peshtigo, Wisconsin, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and friendship that will be cherished by all who knew him.

David was the beloved son of Richard Sr. and Arlene Desjarlais, and the stepson of the late Richard Desjarlais. He grew up alongside his siblings, Richard Jr., Angie (Scott) Thomas, and Heather (CJ Casperson) Miller. His role as an uncle to Cameron, Rio, Caden, Connor, and Carson was one he embraced with the same enthusiasm and love he brought to every aspect of his life.

For many years, David dedicated his skills to L.E. Jones, where he worked in Maintenance. His colleagues knew him as a man who not only took pride in his work but also brought lightness and laughter to the workplace. He was a friend to many and a stranger to none, with a heart that was always open and a smile that never faded.

David's interests were as diverse as they were passionate. He was an avid outdoorsman, and his dogs were his constant companions, accompanying him on countless adventures. Whether at concerts with friends or four-wheeling through the wilds, David's spirit was indomitable. His love for golfing was matched only by his love for family gatherings, where he was often the instigator of fun and the source of endless entertainment.

A man with a great sense of humor, David had the rare ability to make everyone around him laugh and smile. His presence was a beacon of happiness, and his absence will be felt deeply by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him.

David's life was a reflection of the words that best described him: kind, funny, and friendly. He was a man who lived with his heart on his sleeve and joy in his step. His departure from this world was too soon, but the memories he created will continue to inspire laughter and love for years to come.

As we say goodbye to David Lepkowski, let us remember the light he brought into our lives. His story is not one of sorrow but a celebration of a life lived to the fullest, with every moment embraced with open arms and a wide smile. David's legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched, and his spirit will continue to guide us, reminding us to cherish the simple pleasures of life and the company of those we hold dear.
