June 29, 1954 - September 16, 2025
Roxanne Marie Lepkowski (Nieft), 71, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at the age of 71, after a struggle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Roxanne was born to Evelyn (Lewandowski) and Paul Nieft Sr. on June 29th, 1954. She was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by her brother, Paul Nieft Jr.; and her spouse, Francis Lepkowski Jr. She was a lifelong resident of Toledo, Ohio, and lived for many years in the Polish Village before finally settling down in West Toledo. Roxanne worked for many years as a licensed beautician. She was also employed with the Kmart company, and later as a receptionist at the Toledo Clinic. She enjoyed the blessing of many friends, many of whom she met through her devout Catholic faith, including a very special lifelong best friend, Marcia (Kubicki) Mick. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Some of her greatest joys were her marriage of 44 years; her three children, Frank III (Katharine), Michael (Tricia), Natalie; her five grandchildren, Olivia, Beckham, Easton, Lukas, Nolan; and her beloved Dachshund, Peanut. She cherished the time spent with her family, whether it was a BBQ and swimming in the backyard or a trip to Black Lake in Onaway, MI. Roxanne was known for her loving nature and kind heart. She will be missed dearly by her friends and family, and has now moved on to be in heaven with the Lord. Thank you, Mom, for your unwavering love and the countless sacrifices you made for our family.
Roxanne's Life Celebration will take place on Tuesday, September 23rd, from 2-8 p.m., at the Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623. Visitation will continue Wednesday, September 24th, in St. Clement Church, 3030 Tremainsville Road, Toledo, Ohio 43613, from 9 a.m. until the Funeral Mass begins at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Roth Memorial Cemetery, located at 4700 Keener Road, Monclova Ohio, 43542. A luncheon will be held immediately following Roth Cemetery, at the Monclova Community Center, located at 8115 Monclova Road, Monclova Township, Ohio 43542.
