LOZUAWAY, David Gar - Age 77, of Fenton, died Thursday, May 13, 2010 at his residence. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, with burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet or McLaren Hospice. David was born August 7, 1932 in Jackson, MI, the son of Clarence T. and Eleanor H. Lozuaway. He married Darlene Madsen in Parma, MI in 1957. Dave was a graduate of Parma High School and a veteran of the U.S. Marines serving from 1949-1953. He was co-owner of Wagner Wholesale Plumbing in Kalamazoo and co-founder of Genova Products, Inc, were he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As President and CEO of David Lozuaway and Associates he was honored by the Michigan Plumbing and Mechanical Contractor Association for his generous contributions of time, effort and money to MPMCA for its programs and activities. Dave was named MAD's rep of the year in 1988. He was also a past member of Spring Meadows Country Club. Surviving are: wife, Darlene; son, Mark and Dawn Lozuaway of Fenton; daughter, Michelle Lozuaway and fiance Joshua Lanahan of New Hampshire; 4 grandchildren, Brittaney Clover, David Campbell, Tristan Earl and Madsen Micklow; brother, Bruce and wife Janet Lozuaway of Cooks, MI.
