David Mack, 57, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
He was born on March 10, 1968 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lawrence and Betty (Edsell) Mack. He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Alvin Mack.
David is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Dana Lee Mack; daughters, Brandie Barksdale (Billy), Ashley Alford; son, Charles Alford (Amelia); mother, Betty Jean Mack; sister, Debbie Anders (Craig); brother, Steve Mack (Sandy) and grandchildren, Jayden, Payton, Logan, Layla, Kaylee, Atalee and Malia.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 4:00 pm on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
The family requests that contributions in David’s memory be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
