David S. Mann, 67, of Monticello, passed away on July 28th, 2025 at his residence.
He was born on September 3rd, 1957 in Rensselaer to the late Donald Mann and Janice (Phegley) Long. On April 25th, 1981 he married Diana Terria at the Monon United Methodist Church.
He was a 1975 graduate of Twin Lakes High School. When Dave was in high school, he played basketball and baseball. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandkids. He loved fishing, golfing, hunting, and was an avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the Cubs, Raiders, and Purdue.
He is survived by his wife, Diana Mann of Monticello; children, Amanda Venhuizen (husband Jeremy) of Illinois, Josh Mann of Monticello, and Eric Mann (wife Bailey) of Lafayette; 5 grandchildren, Jacoby(14), Kyler(9), Adam(7), Jake(6), and Ivy(4); brother, Ron Mann of Monticello.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by brother, Mark Mann and sister, Beth Clifford both of Monticello.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pine View Golf Course Shed on August 16th, 2025 from 3-6pm.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Monticello Veteran Honor Guard with envelopes available at the Shed.
