David was born on October 10, 1994, to Rosalio Cera and Martha Chavez Mendez in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and drawing. David loved the outdoors. He worked as a mechanic fixing cars, and welding, he was a hard worker. David was a loveable brother and son.
Survivors include his mother; Martha Chavez Mendez (Rosalio Cera) of the home, and brother; Yonatan Barocio Mendez of Clovis, NM.

David nació el 10 de octubre de 1994, hijo de Rosalio Cera y Martha Chavez Mendez en Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Disfrutaba de la caza, la pesca y el dibujo. A David le encantaba el aire libre.
