David Manuel Milner was born in Center, Texas on November 22, 1964, and passed away May 18, 2025. He is preceded in death by his father, Joel Milner. David is survived by his son, Alexander Milner; his mother, Frances Milner; and his brothers, Matthew Milner and Thomas Milner. He absolutely adored his son, Alex, who lives in Oregon, spending literally hours on the phone keeping their close bond.
David also had a close bond with his critters: three dogs and two cats. He loved them and they loved him. David had a sweet, generous spirit which was most recently demonstrated by his tender and loving care of his mother, but others fondly remember numerous times when he eagerly came to their aid or designed and constructed a device to make their lives better. He was a true renaissance man, skilled in computer technology, carpentry, plumbing, mechanics you name it.
David had a life-long love of motorcycles and developed many friendships from this hobby. He enjoyed shooting guns on the family property, even humorously calling this his "aromatherapy." He found much joy in sharing this skill with his son, nieces, and nephew. David had the utmost respect for all first-responders and especially veterans, often raising money on their behalf. Therefore, the family requests donations be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation in David's memory (t2t.org). The family will have a private interment at a later date.
