David “Dave” Morehouse
David “Dave” Morehouse, 80, passed away in Fort Pierce, Florida on November 25, 2023.
Dave was born in Lafayette, Indiana on June 19, 1943. After graduating in 1961, he served 3 years in the United States Army. He went on to be a pilot with an extensive career, retiring as a 747 captain and flight instructor at Korean Air. On September 28, 1979, David married Maryse Dalmas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary as well as Parkview Baptist Church. Dave enjoyed boating, flying, scuba diving, and cruising.
David is survived by his wife, Maryse Morehouse of Fort Pierce, FL; his son and daughter-in-law, James and Theresa Morehouse of Pensacola, FL; and his granddaughters, Mia and Livvy Morehouse.
A memorial service will be held at Haisley Funeral Home on December 09, 2023 from 10 AM to 11 AM, with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Missionary Flights International.
