David Neal Mullins

David Mullins ( "Mooner", "Squach", "Hulk"), age 68, of Lovells Township, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home with his wife and younger son in the early hours of February 25th,2026.

Dave was an amazing husband, father, and papa. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his sons and granddaughters. He loved his life on the road as a truck driver. He was always listening to music and rocking out to his favorite tunes.

He is survived by his wife, Justine Mullins, sons Dave (Morgan) Mullins, Bobby (Chelsea) Mullins, and daughter Amanda Nelson. Further survivors include his stepsons, Arthur (Erin) Koschke, and Matt (Becky) Koschke. His brother, Rick (Anne) Mullins and his sister, Mary (Keith) Clifton. His nieces Jennifer (Steven) McCarty and Caidy Clifton. His nephews Matt (Katherine) Mullins, and Ben (Ashley) Clifton. Also, his five beautiful granddaughters Lillianne, Gabrielle, Anabelle, Chloe, and Emma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Emma Mullins.

Dave will be remembered for his big heart, love for trucking and the love for his family. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Please share your stories and memories of Dave at the "Share a Memory" section above.

The family would like to thank the Nelson Funerals Home and all Hospice workers who helped every step of the way of this journey, also the loving support from the Lovells community.

There will be a memorial later in the spring to celebrate with all who would like to join. Further details will be posted at a later date.
