David Anthony Nemeth, age 83 (January 27, 1942-July 27, 2025) passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025. After High School, David joined the Army, and served from 1960-1963, serving in Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. He was a Commercial Real Estate Broker; Reserve Sheriffs Deputy; Reserve Diver in San Bernardino County, CA, and a member of Red Hill County Club. He was a California avid golfer; loved his Harley Davidson motorcycles, and was a part of Choir Boys MC, Chino, CA honoring Law Enforcement. He enjoyed boating, golf , driving his convertible Mercedes and yellow Corvette. David is preceded in death by his wife Alice Carol Foote Nemeth; sisters: Virginia and Mary Margaret Coffman, and nephew Phillip Coffman. He is survived by his daughter, Ann Marie Woolsey, son-in-law Wayne Woolsey; five grandchildren: Cody, Kara, Skye, Noah, and Carolina; three great-great-grandchildren: Andrey, James and Emerson; stepsons, Christopher Nemeth and Gregory Murillo; brother, James Nemeth, and sisters, Teta Wallace and Jeannie Mills, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held 8:30 a.m., Friday, August 8, 2025, East Tennessee State Veterans' Cemetery, 2200 Gov. John Sevier Hwy. Knoxville, TN 37920, with Rev. Dr. Alan Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in honor of David's life be made to "Kure It Cancer Research", a cause meaningful to the family and devoted champions in their fight against cancer.
