David Lee Nusbaum, 76, of Independence, Kentucky, passed away on October 15, 2024. He was born on September 23, 1948 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. David had a passion for cars and was a retired car sales and auto wholesaler out of Cincinnati, Ohio. He had an unforgettable, colorful personality. David will be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents: Donald and Marilyn (Marshall) Nusbaum; sisters: Cynthia Anderson and Mitzi Warren, and son: Michael Nusbaum. David is survived by his devoted wife: Karen Gardner-Nusbaum; sons: David (Penny) Nusbaum, Donald Nusbaum, Joseph (Kathleen) Nusbaum, Timothy Nusbaum; daughters: Jennifer Nusbaum and Ashley (Jerome) Jenkins; brothers: Jeff (Shirley) Nusbaum and Johnny (Debbie) Nusbaum. David is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 21, 2024 from 9:00 AM until the Catholic Prayer Service at 11:00 AM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Healthcare Hospice, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
