David Wayne O'Neal

David Wayne O'Neal was born on August 6, 1965 in Gardena, California to Vernon and Donna Kaye Files O'Neal. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 19, 2024 in Oklahoma City. He was 59 years old.
A memorial service is planned for Thursday, August 22, at the Marlow First Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Brian Holland officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
While attending Marlow High School, David played football and was involved in Marlow FFA before graduating with the class of 1983. He was the co-owner of O'Neal's Car Service. He began training as a mechanic at the early age of three years old with his dad. He was a Little League football and baseball coach for his sons and nephews. David loved boating, concerts, and traveling with family. On October 20, 1993, David married Betty Lynn Smith in Marlow. David loved his family dearly and spending time with his children, nieces and nephews, brought him great joy.
Preceded in death by his mother, David is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lynn; children: Gage O'Neal, Dayton O'Neal both of Marlow; father, Vernon O'Neal; brother, Mark O'Neal and wife Angie; sisters: Darla Brown and husband Nuell, Sharla Watkins and husband Joe, Julie Whaley and husband Ronnie; His mother and father in-law, Sue and David Smith and his nieces and nephews.
