David Judson Oudbier, 75, of Monticello, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at White Oak Health Campus in Monticello.
He was born on August 6, 1949 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Judson and Leith (Harvey) Oudbier. On April 12, 1980 he married Kathie B. Spitzer in Monticello. She survives.
He was a 1968 graduate of South Christian High School in Byron Center, MI and a 1977 graduate of R.E.T.S. Electronic School, graduating with an Associates Degree.
David worked as a technician for Centurylink, retiring in 2018 after 40 years of service. He enjoyed vegetable gardening and rescuing animals.
In addition to his wife, Kathie of 44 years, he is also survived by his daughter, Stacy Reeves of Greenfield; granddaughters, Rose Reeves, Kathryn Reeves and Madison Reeves all of Greenfield; brothers, Ronald (Janine) Oudbier of Wayland, MI, Thomas (Kathy) Oudbier of Ada, MI, Steven (Anita) Oudbier of Lowell, MI; brothers-in-law, Ross Grasman of Belding, MI, Douglas Spitzer of Monticello; sister-in-law, Kristie McMasters of Monticello; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Grasman, father-in-law, Francis "Bud" Spitzer, mother-in-law, Rose Spitzer, and nephew, Nick Spitzer.

No services are planned at this time.
