David "Rusty" Ratcliff

Memorial Services for David D. “Rusty” Ratcliff, 62, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, March 11, 2024, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service on Monday.

Rusty was born August 21, 1961, to Walter and Robbie Ratcliff in Shreveport, LA, and passed away March 7, 2024, in West Monroe, LA.
 Rusty found joy in cooking for his family and friends. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family at the boat. He retired from Neil Gas.

Rusty was preceded in death by his father, Bo Ratcliff; his brother, Mark Ratcliff; and his nephew, Jason Ratcliff.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Luke Ratcliff; his daughter, Amber Ratcliff; his mother, Robbie Massey; his brother, Randy Ratcliff and wife, Ginger; sister-in-law, Debbie Ratcliff; nephews, Jeremy Ratcliff and Justin Ratcliff; nieces, Ashley Toungate and husband, Tyler and Lindsey Ratcliff; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
