David Lowell Rockafellow was born on March 5, 1970, in Alma, Michigan to Doug and Ann Rockafellow. When he was five years old the family moved to Clearmont, Wyoming. He grew up and went to school in Clearmont and graduated from Arvada\Clearmont High School with the class of 1990. He was married on June 19, 1993, in Sheridan to Stacy Packard where they made their home. In August of 1993 they moved to Lewistown, Montana where David worked for a logging company and their son Mason was born. In March of 1994 they moved back to Sheridan where he went to work for Mullinax Irrigation Inc. In 1995, their daughter Keely was born. Shortly after, they moved to Clearmont where David continued with Mullinax. In 1996, the family welcomed their daughter Hannah. David later took a job with DCM Construction and worked there for many years. David and Stacy were later divorced, and he continued living in Clearmont until his death.
David enjoyed being a mechanic and working on projects in his shop. He loved his children and enjoyed supporting all of their sporting and rodeo events. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. His heart was with his grandchildren. He was so proud and loved being a grandpa.
