Publish in a newspaper
on July 31, 2025. A Celebration of Life and Service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025
at 12PM in the chapel of Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory located at 1104
South Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. Pastor Randy Carter will officiate.
Internment will follow at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado
Springs, CO 80925 at 2PM.
MSGT (Ret) Rogers leaves behind to cherish his loving memory, his father, Lorenzo Rogers
Jr.; mother, Hazel R. Rogers; siblings, Dennis Rogers Sr. (Linda); Debra Wilson (CL) and
Linda Lanigan. His five children, David E. Rogers Jr. (Rachel), Daniel Rogers, Danyelle
Rogers, Jordan Rogers and Jahshua Rogers; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren
and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Angelus Chapel Funeral
Directors and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
