David Rosenbury

David H. Rosenbury, 78, of Somerdale, Ohio, passed away on November 21, 2025. Born on April 23, 1947, in Canton, Ohio, David lived a life marked by quiet strength, generosity, and a deep appreciation for the world around him.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran, David faithfully served his country before returning home to build a long and dedicated career with The Hoover Company in Canton, from which he eventually retired. His work ethic and loyalty were admired by all who knew him.
David found great joy in the outdoors. He loved taking long walks and hiking through the woods, where he could watch the wildlife and enjoy the peace of nature. He was also an avid reader, particularly history and science, never far from a good book.
Above all, David cherished his family. He is survived by his daughter Catherine Krumwiede of Rockton, Illinois, and his son Michael Rosenbury of Bolivar, Ohio. He was a devoted and loving grandfather to Dean and Nora Krumwiede, who brought him endless happiness. His gentle spirit, kindness, and generosity touched the lives of those who knew him best, and he will be deeply missed.
His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, and in the quiet places of nature he loved so dearly.
