David W. Rottier, 85, passed away at home with family by his side on March 25, 2025. He was born in Green Bay on March 19, 1940, to the late William and Mary (Turriff) Rottier.
David completed the 10th grade of high school. He grew up on a small farm with 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
David worked at a small paper mill and had a small farm. He also owned a tire business, and he would change tires for most of his neighbors in the area. David was a great part of the community, as he served on the town board for many years.
David is survived by his ex-wife Bonnie, and three daughters Lori (Rottier) Seymour, Lynn (Rick) Fuss, and Lisa (Tim) Ostrengra. He is further survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Mary Jane Rottier, and Lois Burns.
Family and friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, March 31, 2025. A service will begin immediately following the visitation at 12:00PM with Fr. Paul Paider presiding.
