David Allan Schoenfeld, age 71 of Kaukauna, WI joined his heavenly kingdom on November 19, 2022.  He was born to Lloyd and Edna (Bistoff) Schoenfeld on November 25, 1950 in Shawano, WI.  He graduated from Shawano High School with the class of ’69 and went on to graduate from Fox Valley Technical College with an Associates degree in Industrial Electronics.  David married the love of his life, Carol Lampinen in November of 1969 and together, they raised 3 wonderful children.

David was a humorous man.  He always loved playing pranks and telling jokes to his family and friends.  He loved fishing and boating on Franklin Lake and Round Lake.  He also enjoyed hunting, 4-wheeling, and trap shooting.  You could always catch David watching the game whenever the Packers were on.  He also liked to treat his family to nice vacations whenever he could, including renting a cottage at Round Lake every year with them.  More than anything, though, he loved his family with all his heart, and spent as much time with them as he could.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Edna; his brother, Lloyd; and his sister, Mary.

David is survived by his wife, Carol; his children, David, April, and Joseph (Bailey); his grandchildren, Gavin, Nolan, and Olivia; as well as other extended family members and dear friends.

A memorial visitation will take place for David from 11 AM – 2 PM on Saturday, December 3rd at Fargo Funeral Home, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave, Kaukauna, WI 54130 with a memorial service to follow at 2 PM.  Please consider leaving a message of sympathy or share a fond memory of David below.

Dear Carol and Family, it is with deepest sympathy that I write to send my blessings to your family on Dave's passing. It was a complete pleasure to always have great rides (ATV) with you both over all those years! Was always something to look forward to! The rides were an adventure and the group gatherings were even better! Bless you all during this time. Love, Kevin & family
