David Brian Silva September 4, 1978 – December 12, 2024
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our son, David Brian Silva, a beloved brother, and friend who left this world peacefully on December 12, 2024, surrounded by his family.
David is survived by his loving parents Brian and Colleen Silva of Carver, MA, sister, MaKayla Silva, brother Nathan Silva, brother Alex Silva and sister-in-law Amber, and niece Anastasia all of Plymouth, MA. He had a special relationship with Alana (Mason) in his heart. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, and cousins, and best friend Ricky.
David was born on September 4, 1978, in Brockton, MA. He was a graduate of Carver High School, class of 1996. David lived a life full of love, kindness, and generosity, touching the hearts of many. David was a dedicated and diligent worker where his occupation was in construction most of his life.
David had an unwavering love for all the Boston sports teams, always rooting them on. He also had a love for music, art, and history. Above all David cherished his family and friends, always giving advice and guiding his siblings.
A celebration of David's life will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 4 - 8 PM at Shepherds Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Carver, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 28, at 10:30 AM located at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, 130 Main Street, Carver, MA 02330 following up with a graveside service at Union Cemetery 29 South Main Street, Carver, MA.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in knowing that David's spirit will live on in the memories of all who loved him. Rest in peace dearest David, you will forever be missed.
