Graciela González Silva, 77, de Gonzales, paso a estar con el Señor el martes, 03 de febrero de 2026. Ella nació el 21 de noviembre de 1948, en Guanajuato, Mexico, a sus padres Isidro González Zavala y Guadalupe Carmona. Graciela dedico 37 años de servicio a Kitchen Pride Mushroom Farm, donde su fuerte ética de trabajo y compromiso eran buen conocidos. Ella fue una miembro fiel de la Iglesia Católica del Sagrado Corazón.

Graciela se sentía muy orgullosa de ser productiva y trabajadora. Encontraba paz y alegría cuidando sus flores y plantas, deleitándose de la belleza que ellos devolvían por su trabajo. Fue un mujer profundamente dedicada a la familia, atesoraba los momentos en que todos estaban juntos, rodeados de amor. Especialmente disfrutaba cocinando para su familia, preparando fielmente tortillas de maseca cada martes. Graciela también era conocida por su estilo glamoroso, siempre arreglándose para cada ocasión. Ella también disfrutaba escuchar música, creyendo que una canción alegre eleva el corazón.

Le sobreviven su amoroso esposo de 59 años, Jesús Silva; sus hijas, Adriana Silva (Francisco Villa Gómez), Nayeli Silva (Jorge Camacho) y hijastra, Leslie Silva Jones (David); sus hijos, Ómero Silva (Mónica Villafuerte) y Jesús Silva; su hermano, Reyes González; 15 nietos; y 25 bisnietos. Graciela fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres; su hijo, Óscar Silva; y sus hermanos y hermanas.

La visita se llevará a cabo el jueves, 5 de febrero de 2026, de 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. en la Funeraria de Seydler-Hill, con la oración del Santo Rosario a las 7:00 p.m. Una Misa de Resurrección se llevará a cabo el viernes, 6 de febrero de 2026, a las 2 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica del Sagrado Corazón, con el Padre Paul Raaz como celebrante. El entierro seguirá en el Cementerio Católico de St. James. Los portadores del féretro serán sus queridos nietos. Graciela Gonzalez Silva, 77, of Gonzales, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Graciela was born November 21, 1948, in Guanajuato, Mexico, to Isidro Gonzalez Zavala and Guadalupe Carmona. She devoted 37 years of dedicated service to Kitchen Pride Mushroom Farm, where her strong work ethic and commitment were well known. Graciela was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Graciela took great pride in being productive and hardworking. She found peace and joy in tending to her flowers and plants, delighting in the beauty they returned for her labor. A woman deeply devoted to family, she cherished moments when everyone was together, surrounded by love. She especially enjoyed cooking for her family, faithfully making tortillas de maseca every Tuesday. Graciela was also known for her glamorous style, always dressing up for every occasion. She also enjoyed listening to music, believing that a joyful song lifts the heart.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Jesus Silva; daughters, Adriana Silva (Francisco Villa Gomez), Nayeli Silva (Jorge Camacho) and stepdaughter, Leslie Silva Jones (David); sons, Omero Silva (Monica Villafuerte) and Jesus Silva; brother, Reyes Gonzalez; 15 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Graciela was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Oscar Silva; and her brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Seydler-Hill Funeral Home, with prayers of the Holy Rosary being offered at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 2 pm, Friday, February 6, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Fr. Paul Raaz as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her beloved grandchildren.
