David Leonard Sproul (Sr), passed away January 4th surrounded by family at 82 years old. Born at home on a farm between Minersville and Milford, UT on December 9th, 1942 to Ardell and Laura Sproul- he was the sixth of nine children.
David loved his family and was a proud Army Veteran. He loved driving trucks and could fix just about anything. He was an avid hunter and loved to go hunting with friends and family.
David is survived by an older sister, Evelyn Jeanette Stewart, younger sisters, Irene Blackwell, Rebecca (Doug) Patrick, brother Charles (Ruth) Sproul, sister-in-laws Janice Sproul, Vonell Sproul and his children Maria (Thomas) Swanson, David (Christine) Sproul, John (Tamara) Sproul and Sherry Sproul, plus 13 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ardell and Laura Sproul, His wife Karen, and siblings Inise (Howard) Spendlove, Andrew Sproul, John (Josephine) Sproul, Lawrence Sproul and brother-in-laws Roy Leon Stewart and James Blackwell.
Funeral arrangements:
February 7, 2025.
