David "Sully" S. Sullivan, age 76 of Kimball Township, passed away on January 31, 2024. He was born January 12, 1948 in Mt. Clemens to the late Arthur and Elsie Sullivan.
He married Roberta E. Arnold on February 4, 1983 in Port Huron.
Sully served honorably in the United States Army. He was a longtime barber in the area. Sully was a member of the Richmond Sportsmen Club and the Blue Water Sportsmen Club, and he enjoyed trap and skeet shooting.
He is survived by his wife, Roberta, daughters; Michelle (George) Taylor and Rachel Sullivan, 2 grandchildren; Jace and Ellie Taylor and mother-in-law, Ellen Arnold.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Brenwood Arnold.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 12:00pm (noon) in the Jowett Funeral Home – 1634 Lapeer Ave., Port Huron. Minister Shaun Laurain will officiate. The burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Monday from 11:00am until time of the service.
There will be a luncheon immediately following the burial in the Jowett Funeral Home Reception Center.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard and The United States Army will conduct military honors.
Jowett Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Sullivan Family.
