Born in Sellersville, PA, he resided in Allentown, PA before moving to Quakertown, PA in 2010.
Dave was the owner and operator of Consolidated Chemical & Solvents, LLC with his wife. He was a member of St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church of Bethlehem, PA.
He was the beloved husband of Tina (Smith) Surman; cherished son of David Walter Surman, Sr. (Joy Ditchey) and Kathy (Weaver) Surman; dear brother of Samantha Surman; loving stepson of Joe Crochunis; and also survived by his cockatoo bird George.
A viewing will be held at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 7:00-9:00 pm and Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 10:00-11:00 am, with a service to follow at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1826 Kenmore Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18018 would be appreciated.
