David is survived by his mother, Sara Tillitt, and father, Mark Tillitt. There will be a short service held at Mosier Cemetery located at 600 State Rd, Mosier, OR, on Saturday, December 20th at 1 pm. A funeral reception will follow at Mosier Grange Hall, 1000 4th Ave, Mosier, OR.
